While we strive to create designs as pictured, certain flowers or containers may occasionally need to be substituted due to availability or freshness standards. Any substitutions will always be of equal or greater value and maintain the overall style and quality of the arrangement.
Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation from us.
Same-day delivery is available for selected areas and eligible orders placed before our daily cutoff time. Delivery availability may vary depending on location, weather conditions, holidays, or high-demand periods.
While we make every effort to deliver on time, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including the recipient’s address and contact information. Two Daisies is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, flowers may be left in a safe location when appropriate.

We reserve the right to decline custom requests that cannot be fulfilled within the requested timeframe or budget.
Our flower subscription service includes recurring deliveries based on the selected schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Subscription customers may pause, skip, or cancel future deliveries by contacting us before the next billing cycle.
Subscription pricing, flower selections, and delivery schedules may be updated periodically without prior notice.
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with photos of the arrangement so we can review and resolve the matter appropriately.
Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Event and wedding floral bookings may require a deposit to secure your date. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Final balances must be paid before the scheduled event date.
Any changes to event orders should be communicated as early as possible to ensure accommodation.
